the appropriate entry fee by close of play on
outstanding fees for the team, or for any
other team(s) under the same management,
have been paid.

Please include sufficient accompanying narrative
to allow the payment to be identified.
Captains will be required to register
their players online. Captains will be sent
instructions for the use of the online software
and their login details before the initial
player registration lists deadline (see below).
Any requests for additional accounts for
captains of individual teams should be sent to .
Initial player registration lists must be
submitted by close of play on Sunday 27th
September 2026 (please note that under rule
4.2 players can also be added up to nine days
before the weekend in which they play). Last
season’s 4NCL rules set out the information
required for each player. Players registered
with FIDE as ENG, or not registered, must be
current ECF Gold or Platinum members (or
corresponding junior categories) during a
weekend to play in that weekend's matches unless
they are a wildcard; however, they may be
registered to a squad if they do not hold the
required membership when the registration list
is submitted. The membership rule will be
strictly enforced. Please note that we reserve
the right to refuse entry to teams whose
registration lists are unacceptably late.
Entry Fees
Entry fees are as follows:
Division 1, Division 2: £500
Division 3, Division 4: £325
Entry fees entitle teams to nominate up to 16 players (Division 1,
Division 2) and 12 players (Division 3, Division
4) in their team lists. Nominated players taking
team lists over 16 (Division 1, Division 2) or
12 (Division 3, Division 4) in total will be
subject to the usual registration fees.
Registration fees and wildcard fees are as
set out in the rules.
