The submission of an entry form
and payment of the entry fee denotes acceptance
that all decisions made by the Chief Arbiter
during the tournament are final.
The 4NCL reserves the right to
refuse any entry without explanation.
No player may win more than one
prize. All place prize money will be shared
equally between tied players.
The best performance prize will
be awarded to the player with the best
performance relative to rating (W-We) unless
otherwise stated.
Players for whom it has not been
possible to assign a rating may not win a
performance prize. Prizes will be paid by direct
bank transfer and/or entry fee refund in the
week following the end of the event unless
otherwise notified.
The 4NCL will ensure its
advertised prize fund is realistic based on an
expected number of entries. Should the number of
entries fall significantly below this
expectation, it may be necessary to reduce the
prize fund. Where possible, any such decision
will be notified to entrants beforehand.
