The hotel car park
has 80 spaces. Subject to
availability, car parking is free
for players who book accommodation
with the hotel on a first come first
served basis. anyone eligible for
free parking must register their car
registration number with the hotel
reception. The hotel takes no
responsibility for any fines
received due to not registering
their car or parking in a car
parking space not run by the hotel.
Please do not park in the
clearly marked railway station
parking places as you will be
charged. For non-residents
parking in the hotel car park
parking costs £8/day. Further
local car parking is available
at St Stephens Shopping Centre
car park and Princes Quay
Shopping Centre car park.

Hull will contact you to confirm
accommodation arrangements on receipt of
your entry form, which will be forwarded
automatically to
(online entry forms), or scanned and emailed
to the hotel by the 4NCL (postal entry
forms). In the event of any booking queries

You will be able to book
your accommodation for the hotel ONLY
through this process and NOT directly with
the hotel if you wish to avail yourself of
the agreed 4NCL rates below.
£35.00 BB per person per night (based on
two sharing)
£47.00 BB per person per night (single
occupancy)
£55.00 DBB per person per night (based on
two people sharing)
£67.00 DBB per person per night (single
occupancy)
Extra night prices, upgrades and special
requests are available and again must be
booked at the time of booking, not on
arrival.
A credit card is required at
the time of booking to guarantee the
reservation.
The credit card will not be
debited unless you fail to arrive for the
reservation.
Payment for your stay will
be made upon arrival.

You may cancel your
reservation up to 2.00pm local hotel time on
the day of arrival without any financial
penalty. Cancellations received after this
time will be charged for the first night of
your stay.
If you fail to arrive and
have not cancelled your reservation in the
allocated time you will be charged for the
first night of your stay.
All taxes are included in
the price.
You may be asked for a
credit card on check-in to guarantee any
charges in addition to your room charge. The
card will be authorised but not charged at
that time.
Evening meals ideally need
to be booked along with the room. Dinners
can of course be booked directly on site,
but any discounted rates will in all
probability not be available. Booked dinners
will be charged for if not taken. Pre booked
evening meals are chargeable in full even if
not taken.
Please note that hotel
loyalty programmes/cards cannot be used when
booking accommodation via online or postal
entry forms.
