Captains will be required to register
their players online. Captains will be sent
instructions for the use of the online
software and their login details before the
initial player registration lists deadline
(see below).
Initial player registration lists must be
submitted no later than 6pm on the Wednesday
before the relevant weekend. The Junior 4NCL
rules set out the information required for
each player. In particular, please note that
players named on the initial registration
list must either be registered with FIDE
prior to the list being submitted or
eligible and willing to be registered with
them as English players. Players registered
with FIDE as ENG must be ECF Gold or
Platinum members (or corresponding junior
categories) at the time the registration
list is submitted. Other players must be a
member of their national federation.

The 4NCL Board and the
arbiting team accept no
responsibility for any damage,
theft or accident to the person
or property of anyone attending
this event. They are unable to
act in loco parentis for
children and are not able to
take responsibility for any
child’s actions, or for the
actions of anyone that may
affect your child.
Parents/guardians/teachers, as
appropriate, agree to the terms
and conditions as set out in
this entry form as a condition
of their entry.
Parents/guardians/teachers are
responsible for their children
throughout the entire duration
of this event.
No food or drink not
purchased in the hotel may be
consumed on the premises.
The definitive format of the
league will be determined once
the number of entries is known.
